The St. Vrain Sanitation District has proudly served our community for decades— but we’ve officially outgrown our current office. To better serve our customers and expand our capabilities, we are  excited to announce the opening of our new Administration-Maintenance Building at 4701 Falcon Place, Frederick, CO 80504, beginning in January 2026.
This new facility will provide our staff with the space and resources necessary to enhance services, including the ability to house a jet truck and a camera truck that can respond promptly to sewer emergencies. These tools are critical for keeping our system reliable and protecting public health.   We ask for your patience during this transition as we move equipment, staff, and operations into the new space. Our goal is to make the move as seamless as possible, but there may be short periods of adjustment as everything gets up and running.
